Yu Ya is an author and senior radio producer. Having published over 40 short stories, a collection of essays, and a novel, she is currently working for BBC Media Action on the Tea-Cup diaries, a five-year radio drama promoting understanding, openness, and respect among Myanmar’s ethnic and religious communities.
