Suchitra Vijayan is a barrister-at-law, writer, and photographer, working across research, human rights, and visual storytelling. She is the founder and executive director of The Polis Project, a New York-based hybrid research and journalism organization that studies critical human rights and political issues. Her book, Midnight’s Border, is forthcoming.
