Farzaneh Hosseine

About

Farzaneh Hosseine (Toteya) was raised in Mashhad, Iran where she wrote plays for street theater and her poetry was published in Jam-e-Jam newspaper. Later as an Afghan emigrant to Turkey, she was instrumental in creating a Persian language magazine devoted to the lives and arts of refugees and to this day continues to collect the stories of her fellow Afghan women around the world.
